妊娠24週目後半です。先週の金曜日に24週目検診がありました。今回はミッドワイフではなくGPです。
I’m now the end of 24 weeks pregnant. I went to see GP for 24 weeks check up last Friday.

  • 血圧 (Blood pressure)　-　異常なし (No problem)
  • 尿検査 (Urin test)　-　主にプロテインの検査でしたが異常なし (It was mainly protain test, and no problem)
  • 子宮底長測定(Measure a pelvic bone)　－　異常なし (No problem)
  • 赤ちゃんの心音(Baby’s Heart beat)　-　異常なし (No problem)

体重測定がなかったので自分で計ってみました。妊娠前と比べると５ｋｇ増です。
As he didn’t check my weight, I did it at home. Gained 5kg since being pregnant….

＜　最近の症状　＞
相変わらず食欲旺盛ですが、食べ過ぎると胃が圧迫されて吐き気を催すので、腹八分を心がけています。
お腹の中ではダンスが激しくなり、じっとお腹をみていると洋服の上からでもボコボコモニョモニョ動くのが分かります。ちょっと不気味・・・。しかもほぼ一日中動き回っているようで、仕事中も集中力が切れるし夜寝ようと思ってもなかなか寝付けないしでちょっと困っています。

< Recent symptoms >
Still having very good apetite, although I cannot eat too much as my stomach gets squashed which gives me feeling ill.
Chickpea is very very playful now. I can see my stomach moving even with cloths on… Looks odd… Chickpea dances almost all the time, so cannot concentrate on working as well as cannot fall asleep….

    Hello Mika,

    So happy to hear that all is going well with the pregnancy. Loved the feeling of the babies kicking inside my tummy too ! It is a very special time and you will enjoy the birth too, I am sure. We are looking after James today and he has just woken up after sleeping for 3 hours!! Now the fun starts as he runs all over the place and we have to keep up with him. The dogs love him to bits and we all play outside now until Kerry comes to pick him up. But we love it and it keeps us young!! After James goes I am off to see Shelley, Adam and Skye to spend some time with them. Love to you, Byron, Chickpea and of course Tilly!! Sue

    Hi Sue, I also love the feeling of the kick :-) It is also good sigh to make sure that Chickpea is ok.
    James’s got really big, hasn’t he? I think he is more becoming like Kerry as far as I see him from pictures. He is such a lucky baby who’s got 2 grannies and 2 grandpa nearby! xxx Mika
